Wow! What I thought was going to be a long, drawn-out, sale pitched day looking for a bed, it turned out to be the best “larger purchase” process I’ve ever had! From the minute we walked through the door, Lisa made us feel welcome as she explained their floor layout and put no pressure on us as we browsed the inventory. She knew exactly when to intercede and share pertinent information and when to let us shop and test the beds. We made an informed decision in about half an hour and we couldn’t be happier. Despite the comfort of our new bed, LISA is the real reason we purchased today. I’m so glad we decided to stop in. It was worth it! Thank you, Lisa!
